Every file shipped in the STANAG 4817 / AEP-105 0.3.0-rc4 (SD-3 RC4) release, and what each one is for.
These are the files that make up the 0.3.0-rc4 (SD-3 RC4) release. They live in
the release directory alongside this site (STANAG/Draft-3-RC4/) on
R2D2, mirrored from the upstream 4817 spec
source (see the Overview for how TIDE and R2D2 divide responsibility).
The .zip archives are kept unmodified so they match the upstream spec
source. Don't edit a release artifact in place — unzip it into a scratch location
to work with it (see Getting Started).

Use 0.3.0-rc4 for all new work; the earlier drafts are migration reference only.
